The challenge
A growing services business was running its client relationships across a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing tool and email threads. Clients had no single place to see their status, billing or deliverables, and the team lost hours every week reconciling the three.
What we built
A custom client portal: a single, branded web application where clients log in to see their projects, invoices and documents, and the team manages everything from one admin. Built on Next.js and PostgreSQL, with Stripe for billing and role-based access for staff and clients.
